I think it's funny that I have a blog even remotely related to cooking and recipes. Me? Who knew!! A friend shared this video with me a view weeks ago (thanks Kat) and with July 4th just around the corner, I thought I might have a few readers looking for an easy way to shuck corn and cook them at the same time.
